Landscape and design of house and garden – Remove existing trees and replace with 4m Western Red Cedars, 200sqm of premium grade turf, new closeboard fencing and gate. Removal of existing steps to house, replaced with Kandla Grey 900×600 “Sawn Edge” Sandstone paving on steps and terrace, finished with a bespoke glass and steel balustrade post and rail system.
